Sausage, Cannellini, and Tomato Ragout

This was very good and flavorful. 
Served on brown rice but mashed potatoes 
or polenta would also be good. 
There were no leftovers, darn it! Next time I'm going to double it! 
Sides were Kale Salad with Creamy Peppercorn Dressing and roasted asparagus.
