Pork Chops with Roasted Apples and Onions

I'm starting to learn how to cook pork chops and this was my second time making them.
They came out much better than my last attempt!
Served with pan-roasted Brussels sprouts and a thin slice of French bread.
12 Weight Watchers Smart Points for the meal.
