Dessert Tonight: Fuyu Persimmon Bundt Cake

....or as Michael calls it, 'The Cake of Deliciousness'. 
We finally got to try the cake we made yesterday and it was delicious!

  1. That looks delicious - if you can believe it I have never eaten a persimmon - for some reason I was expecting the cake to be an orange shade like the outside of the fruit :) Bet it was good! Nancy A.
