A very healthy and delicious salad for lunch today:


Following the guidelines of 'The Full Plate Diet':  Romain lettuce, baby spinach, red cherry tomatoes, sweet yellow cherry tomatoes, carrot ribbons, flax seeds, and Girard's Light Champagne Dressing.
