Saturday's Dessert: Macerated Strawberries


Fresh strawberries soaked in Chambord, Triple Sec, white wine, and sugar.  Mmmmm.

  1. The word "macerated" sounds so brutal for such a delicate looking dessert - let's just call them "drunken" strawberries. But more importantly, how did you get such a perfect whipped cream "flower" on top? Nancy A.
