Photo Challenge: Catch up Week at Project 64

One of the newest photo challenges I have found (and one of my favorites) is Project 64: Out of the Box.  Each week a random crayon is chosen from a 64 count box of Crayola Crayons.  That color is used as inspiration for the week, the challenge is to find and photograph the weekly color in the world around us.  This challenge started with the new year and since I recently found it I missed out on several weeks of challenges.  Lucky for me, the blog is having a catch-up week so I can post my interpretations of the previously picked colors.

Here are my catch up photos.  Not my best or most artistic photos, but they were still fun to find!

Yellow-green avocado in my dinner salad

 Little Girl's Pink Legos

A chestnut horse that we see on our way home from school

A robin's egg blue beacon at the Byron Airport.  It looks just like the crayon in real life!

This was taken February 24.  This morning it was $3.99 for regular!
Yep, fill up at this price and you will also turn gray.

 Little Boy's 2nd grade animal report/project.
Just don't tell him this color is apricot, that's a wimpy color for a creepy bat report!
