Valentine's Day Dinner: Persian Pomegranate-Walnut Chicken

For dinner tonight we had Persian Pomegranate-Walnut Chicken and Toasted Pecan Wild Rice, both from my Cooking Light Annual Recipes 2009 cookbook.  This was fancy enough for Valentine's Day and had a 'grown-up' taste so I was surprised when all 4 kids liked it!
