Sunday Brunch: Blueberry Bread Pudding

This morning we had Blueberry Bread Pudding from my Cooking Light Annual Recipes 2009 cookbook.  This make-a-head recipe is made the night before and popped in the oven in the morning.  Quick, easy, delicious, and very elegant....it looked and tasted like I spent a lot more time on it than I did.
