Cinnamon-Pear Rustic Tart from Taste of Home magazine, made with pears from my backyard tree! Pie crusts are my nemesis so I prefer to make easy and forgiving free-form pastries like this. Pears are cooked with cinnamon, apple juice, and brown sugar then spooned onto the pastry. The edges were folded up and sprinkled with sugar and baked to perfection. Delicious!
